Datalogic Ease of Care 3 Days Comprehensive is a comprehensive service and maintenance agreement designed to protect Datalogic devices and minimise operational downtime over three years. It provides coverage for normal wear and tear as well as accidental damage, combined with a defined 3-business-day repair turnaround (excluding transit time).
The service includes access to Datalogic's technical support and repair infrastructure, using factory parts and procedures to help maintain equipment performance throughout its service life. Datalogic lists the 3-Day Comprehensive program as including one-way ground freight and accidental-damage coverage.
