If the product is not repairable an equivalent life and condition product will be provided. The service you will receive will be dependent on your location and the issue with the product. our target is to be Onsite within 2 working days and for Products taken back to a repair centre we aim to have the product repaired within 5 days (excluding transport time) CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life. CP pack valid for 3 years or 200 Km of print whichever comes first.
